Our Story
Ember & Oak began as a small corner roastery in 2018, founded by two friends who believed that great coffee deserved more than a paper cup and a rushed goodbye. We source our beans directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala.
Every cup is a ritual. Every visit, a pause. We invite you to slow down, breathe in the roast, and stay a while.
